The Guest House 請客樓

This weekend, I went to the Guest House in Sheraton Hotel Taipei. This restaurant is one of the Michelin two stars restaurant. It is a restaurant for Szechwan and Yang Zhou cuisine. In the restaurant, there are some VIP rooms for private use.

This is the menu of my lunch. We did not get the best dishes, but it was very good.

These are some pictures of the dishes we ordered. Some dishes are for one person. Most of them were in a big plate and people could share the food.

This is my favorite dish. It is Wok-fried Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw with Scallions. It is kind of like soup, but with many things inside. The seafood inside was very good and big. Every person got their own dish. The material they use inside is fresh and tasty.

The food was delicious, and the environment was quiet and clean. The waiter was very nice. Therefore, this restaurant is really worth going. If you have a chance to visit this restaurant in Taipei, I hope you enjoy the meal and have a great time.
